• Returns: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Conditions: Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

• Non-returnable Items: Software licenses, customized products, and products without original packaging are non-returnable.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
